JEWELRY WARRANTY:


Warranty Term: Limited Lifetime

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized JoJaxs retailer and subject to applicable laws. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact info@JoJaxs.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Jewelry Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized JoJaxs retailer. Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.

 

WATCH WARRANTY:

Warranty Term: Two Year Limited Warranty From The Date Of Purchase

We stand behind the quality of our watches with a Two Year Limited Warranty that is valid for 2 years, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized JoJaxs retailer and subject to applicable laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Parts other than the movement, case and crystal are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty, please ensure the Online Warranty Form has been completed. Then contact info@JoJaxs.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Watch Warranty Claim” in the subject of the e-mail. Battery replacements are not covered under warranty. If your battery needs to be replaced, it is best to have it changed by a certified jeweler. Please do not attempt to remove the caseback yourself, as you may damage the casing and/or movement. Casebacks that have been damaged by improper removal will not be covered under warranty. The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. If purchased from www.JoJaxs.com, the Online Warranty Form must be completed before making the claim. If purchased from a retail location, a store receipt with purchase date must be provided.

CLOTHING WARRANTY:

Warranty Term: Two Year Limited Warranty From The Date Of Purchase

We stand behind the quality of our clothing with a Two Year Limited Warranty that is valid for 2 years, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized JoJaxs retailer. However, the Limited Warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. This Two Year Limited Warranty on clothing is determined on a case by case basis. We will determine if the item is faulty at our own discretion. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed the item will not be eligible for a replacement. To inquire if the item is eligible for a replacement contact info@JoJaxs.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Finally, write “Clothing Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Please ensure that clothing item/s are unwashed, unworn and the original tags are still attached. Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging and alteration of the colour and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.

This warranty page specifies that you may receive a free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer pursuant to local law. Except as expressly stated in this section, JoJaxs Clothing, Watches and Jewelry are otherwise subject to the same general warranty terms and conditions as other JoJaxs products.

EXCHANGE POLICY

REGULAR-PRICED AND SALES MERCHANDISE

Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. If the item you purchased went on sale within 14 days of your purchase date we will refund the price difference at your request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original JoJaxs branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost. For all clothing returns and exchanges, items must be unwashed, unworn and the original tags still attached. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available or if it is discontinued we will contact you directly about a refund or exchange. JoJaxs is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

If your purchase was shipped with an upgraded shipping method i.e Fedex or DHL and used a shipping address in the United States, please contact info@JoJaxs.com to request a label. Our customer service team will then send you the return label via email
