What are Jackson Member's shipping options?:

  • Jackson Members get free standard delivery on orders of $80 or more (and discounted expedited delivery)—just sign in during checkout, if you’re not already signed in, and you’ll automatically get free shipping on qualifying orders.

    During checkout, both Jackson Members and guests can choose their preferred delivery speed—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.

    • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
    • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
    • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
    • No Rush shipping is not available for select products, orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
    • Jackson Member Custom orders arrive in two to six weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
    • Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.
    • We do offer international shipping and are able to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

    After your order ships, you can track your shipment(s) and see which carrier is delivering your package(s) anytime at jojaxs.com/orders. And please note, if you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. For each shipment, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the carrier tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

    Jackson Members can also check their order status anytime in the Jackson Member App. Simply tap the Profile tab, then "Orders." Tap on the specific order to check the status. And if your order has shipped, you can tap "Track Shipment" to track your package(s).

Can I cancel or change my Jackson Member order?

  • You can't make changes, but you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.

    To cancel an order, first go to your orders page. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to enter your order number from your order confirmation email, along with your email address. Next, open the order you want to cancel, then tap or click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.

    If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled. But don’t worry—you can return the items for any reason within 60 days.

How do I find the right size and fit?

What is Jackson Member’s return policy?

  • We give you 60 days to try out your Jackson Member purchase to make sure it works exactly right for you.

    If it’s not just right, here’s what you need to know:

    • You can return most items for any reason within 60 days of an online order delivery or a store purchase.
    • That includes custom items.
    • Even after 60 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

    So go ahead, shop with confidence and enjoy your 60-day trial.

How do I return my Jackson Member order?

  • It might take a minute, or two, to know if your Jackson Member purchase is meant for you. If something isn’t working for you, you can return it for any reason within 60 days (some exceptions apply).* Here are your options:
    • Ship your return – Jackson Members. If you have an account or an order number, you can start your return now. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, Click here to start your return. Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return is usually processed within 10–14 business days.
    • Submit your return and send your items back. No matter the shipping method, you’ll need to package your items (using the original packaging, if possible).

      • UPS return code: Take your packaged return to The UPS Store and show your return code—you can find it on your order details page. Remember, you can only use the UPS return code at The UPS Store locations.
      • Printed label: Securely attach the label you printed to your return, making sure to cover any previous shipping labels. You can then drop it off at any eligible UPS location. Eligible locations include The UPS Store and UPS Access Points.
      • If you scheduled a pickup, pass your return to the UPS driver when they arrive.

Where is my refund?:

  • After your return is processed, we’ll email you when the refund is issued to your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

    Jackson JoJaxs® gift cards and product vouchers: Funds are typically available within 24 hours of the refund being issued. You can check your balance online at any time.

    Klarna: If you paid through Klarna, they will also issue your refund. Please contact Klarna directly with refund questions.

    I didn’t get the password reset email—what should I do?
    First check for the email in additional folders (spam, junk, trash, etc.). If you still don’t see it, add jackson@notifications.jojaxs.com to your contacts and then request the password reset email again.

    Why can’t I use my social media credentials to sign in to JoJaxs.com or the Jackson Member apps?
    We no longer support social media logins on JoJaxs.com or in the apps. You’ll need to use your Jackson Member email address and password to sign in.

What payment options can I use on Jackson Member orders?

  • Jackson JoJaxs® accepts the following: 
    • Credit Cards: The Jackson JoJaxs® credit card, Jackson JoJaxs® gift card (USA only), American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal.

Shipping & Order Status

Orders shipping to an eligible destination with at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items, qualify for Free Delivery by Jackson JoJaxs®.

Delivery is free if your order includes at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items. Any item with "FREE Delivery" on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by USPS is eligible and contributes to your free delivery order minimum.

You get unlimited FREE Delivery on eligible items with Member Benefits, with no minimum spend.

To place an order:

  1. Add at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items to your Shopping Cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter a U.S.-eligible delivery address. Note that some items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may not be eligible for FREE delivery.
  4. Select FREE delivery.

With free delivery, your order is delivered five to eight days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Returns & Exchanges

At Jackson JoJaxs®, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
  • Jackson JoJaxs® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • If the original item is not returned within 30 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original item.

Exchange Rate

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by USPS and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond to the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.

JoJaxs.com updates exchange rates every day. You'll receive a message if exchange rates have been updated while you're shopping.

 


 

Merchandise Restrictions

If, for some reason, there are items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into a particular destination country, USPS will notify you during the checkout process.

In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrances must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain consumer commodities such as aerosols, nail polish, fragrances, and other alcohol-based products are restricted air shipment products.
Some items require Fish & Wildlife declaration documents to export to certain countries. The cost of filing this documentation is $93.00 and will be added to your order total. Fish & Wildlife declaration document fee is non-refundable unless merchandise is defective. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 days for delivery.
Items greater than $10,000 cannot currently ship to International countries.
Gift packaging and gift messages are not available for international orders.

We do not currently support the sale or redemption of Jackson JoJaxs® gift cards for international orders.

You may cancel an order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Call toll-free 1.818.351.7181 to determine order status; to cancel, please have your order number ready. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

Personalized/monogrammed items: Orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Through our partnership with USPS Priority Mail Express® Delivery, Jackson JoJaxs® is pleased to provide an enhanced International shopping experience for our customers in over 100 countries worldwide!

To change the country destination and pay in the currency of your choice, follow the directions below:

  • Mobile browser: Click on "Change County" located at the bottom of the page
  • Desktop browser: Click on "Change Country" located at the bottom of the page

Once you confirm your preference, you will be able to view our products priced in your selected currency.

Just add items to your shopping cart and click on the checkout button. USPS will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs to your international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the Customs and Revenue authorities in the destination country.
