FAQ

How can I track my order?:

  • We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
  • If you have a Jackson profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
  • If you don't have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it.

 

How do I know if ordering online is secure?:

  • To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.

 

What happens when my item is backordered?:

  • Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

 

What methods of payment can I use?

When will my credit card be charged?:

  • Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. 

 

When will I receive my refund?:

  • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you return an item, the refunded amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.

 

Can I cancel an order?:

  • You can request to cancel your order within a short time period after placing your order. To cancel your order, sign in to your account, find the order in your purchases, click "Details" and then click "Cancel Order" to start the request process. If the "Cancel Order" button is disabled, the window to cancel has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation. We're unable to cancel an order beyond this time period.

    Your payment method will not be charged if we are able to cancel your order. If we're unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged and your items will be shipped to you. We always have free returns by mail and in store.

 

How do I return items by mail? (U.S.):

  • If you have an account or an order number, you can start your return now. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, you can start your return here. Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return is usually processed within 10–14 business days.

I would like to change my orders... How?

 

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. 

If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.


Can I have a tracking number?

 

Yes, we will provide tracking number that provided by our global suppliers. We will update the tracking number once our system updated and we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order. 

Do not panic if late delivery and email us for more information. 


I ordered 2+ items, but only received 1... Where's my order?

 

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. 

You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

 

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.


If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.


Lost or stolen package?

 

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Once the package is already assigned to your local post office for dispatch we no longer have any physical control of the product and post office will be the new entity responsible for the delivery.


In an event of mail carrier failure, Please contact your local carrier directly with any concerns or questions.   


Incorrect shipping address?

 

Once your order has been submitted, please send us a message via email for any correction to the address you provided. Correction requests after 48 hours will not be entertained and may result to undelivered packages. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.


Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses.

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 10 days after you receive your items - Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within 10 calendar days after you receive your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

 

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!

 

I would like to refund.. What should i do?

 

Kindly follow the format given for refund process.

We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 10 calendar days since product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.


What is the requirements for refund?

 

Requirements for Refund:

  • Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE shows that the items we sent was defected.
  • Refund request without VIDEO will not be Entertain as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
  • Refund process will takes up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.
  • Shipping Fees will not be refund back to customers as we shipped the item out.
  • Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defected item.
  • Full Refund if the parcel not deliver within our promised delivery time frame.

Requirements for Returns:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number provided by www.JoJaxs.com(All purchases made outside of www.JoJaxs.com must contact their seller regarding returns.) 
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.
